{PEACH ICE CREAM}

(adapted from the Lifestyles Recipe Book by Blendtec, p.228)

1 1/2 c. soy milk
2 1/4 c. frozen peach slices
1/4 c. evaporated cane juice
1/2 T. vanilla


• Blend in blender until smooth.

*Note: You can use any frozen fruit. I don't know if you can make ice cream this thick in a regular blender, so maybe you can use this as an excuse to get a new Blendtec or Vitamix if you don't have one. I love mine and can't imagine life without it.
