When you have green smoothies every day, it's nice to have variety. We'll post a few of the different kinds and then you can experiment with what your family likes! This one happens to be my children's very favorite.

3 c. Very Vanilla Soymilk
4 to 5 c. spinach or kale
3 to 4 frozen bananas (cut in chunks the size your blender can handle)
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
3 T. flaxseed (optional)

  • Blend until smooth.

  • *You can also make a creamy orange smoothie by using carrots and sweet potatoes instead of spinach or kale. Everything else stays the same (or take out the spices and use a little orange juice concentrate- more like an orange julius!)

I just tried this for the first time because of Bekah's post the other day-- I don't remember which one, but you mentioned drinking a creamy green drink. Why haven't we had this before?! So great!
