This can be made many different ways, but this is the recipe that my kids like the best, so I stick with it. We have it for breakfast every morning!

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
fresh spinach (I have a 5 cup blender, and I fill it all the way with spinach, packed down)

• Blend spinach down and add:

2 bananas
10 to 12 frozen strawberries
1 t. vanilla

• Blend until smooth.

just a spinach tip: i buy the giant bags of spinach at costco, put the spinach into ziplocs and freeze it. if you're just using the spinach for smoothies (or the lasagna), the frozen-ness doesn't matter at all.
