3 c. Very Vanilla Soymilk
3 c. spinach or kale
4 to 5 frozen bananas (we like this thick)
4 T. cocoa powder
1/8 t. stevia
*Note: You can also make this without the greens, but they really don't change the taste and only change the color slightly. The kids still think they are drinking a chocolate shake. You can adjust the amount of cocoa powder to how chocolatey you want it. Stevia is an extremely concentrated sweetener made from a plant. It is considered very healthy and you only have to use a teeny bit. You can buy the ultra concentrated kind online (1/4 t. = 1 c. of sugar) or a semi-concentrated kind at a health food store. I'll do a separate post on it later. If you don't use Very Vanilla Soymilk, add a little vanilla.
