This is a slightly lower fat recipe for the cashew dip posted earlier. It is still very tasty and makes a little bit more too, so it lasts a little longer.
1/2 to 1 1/2 c. raw cashews (depending on how creamy/high-fat you want it)
1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 red bell pepper
3-4 garlic cloves
• Blend ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Hello! We're six sisters, a brother, and a mom on a mission to eat healthy food. We're always on the hunt for good vegan recipes (no meat, no dairy) and have found that sharing them among us has made it even more fun (and easier) to eat healthy. We've decided to start sharing our collection of recipes here, so continue to check back as we add meals, desserts, soups, salads, smoothies, and snacks that we've found to be delicious and healthy! Enjoy!

I wasn't sure about this one but Marian whipped up a batch and it was so good. Can't wait to make it for my family.
