1 12.3-oz. pkg. lite silken tofu, firm or extra firm
2 c. soy/rice milk
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1/3 to 2/3 c. nutritional yeast
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of ground nutmeg
pepper to taste
• Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until very smooth.
• Transfer sauce to saucepan. Heat until warmed through.
• Makes just over 4 cups.
