{ZUCCHINI PIGLETS}



This is a fun way to eat zucchini. Cut the zucchini in half and then slice into thin slices (about 1/4 inch thick). Spray a pancake griddle (or frying pan) with cooking spray and spread the slices out. Sprinkle them with nutritional yeast and a little garlic powder and then cook them for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
